STRONG (UPPER)
The word speaks for itself! An upper body conditioning workout that has a strength, power and endurance focus designed to strengthen and tone all of the upper body. These workouts are combined with heavy resistance training, interval weight training and muscular endurance to build your body STRONG for whatever life throws at you. You will leave the gym feeling pumped and full of confidence.
STRONG (LOWER)
The ying & yang! Lower body conditioning workout that has a strength, power and endurance focus designed to strengthen and tone all of the lower body. These workouts are combined with heavy resistance training, interval weight training and muscular endurance to build your LOWER BODY strong! You will leave the gym feeling happy but sore ha-ha, this is THE workout where you will achieve your maximum muscle fatigue and when you see the results STRONG LOWER will become addictive.
BEMORE
Is our specialised workout program that is a mixture of our “secret'' combinations. This signature BEMORE Saturday workout is designed to strengthen our community through teamwork. BEMORE will challenge your body and stretch your comfort zone, whilst simultaneously promoting fun, enjoying laughter and encouraging each other. You will burn max calories in preparation for an amazing weekend with friends and family.
