You will leave the gym feeling pumped and full of confidence
STRONG (LOWER)
The ying & yang! Lower body conditioning workout that has a strength, power and endurance focus designed to strengthen and tone all of the lower body. These workouts are usually combined with heavy resistance training, interval weight training and muscular endurance to build your LOWER BODY strong!
